I've always had a passion for sport performance training and maintaining an overall level of health and wellness. I have been fortunate to train under some excellent role models throughout my Paralympic involvement. I believe everyone, from the pro-athlete to the weekend warrior, has physical limitations and areas in need of improvement. The key is finding your intrinsic motivation, so that you feel a sense of satisfaction and increased confidence as your performance and fitness level improve.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I work with individuals to design and implement safe and effective strength and conditioning programs and provide guidance in nutrition and injury prevention. The majority of people in today's world simply need a support system and a starting point, yielding healthy habits and a lifestyle transformation.
